What èKeto is
èKeto estimates whether a product fits a ketogenic diet from a label or food photo. You receive a keto score from 0 to 100, ingredients, a verdict, warnings, and recipes.
How to use it
- Open the app and frame a product label or fresh food.
- Take a photo or choose barcode lookup; the analysis starts after confirmation.
- Review the keto score, ingredients, verdict, and warnings.
Frequently asked questions
- Are photos saved?
- Photos are used for the analysis. In settings, you can choose whether to keep them after processing.
- Is the analysis medical advice?
- No. It is an informational estimate and may be wrong. Consult a professional for health decisions.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. The action is permanent and removes the account and related data.
