Request deletion
Email hello@bussolarialessio.me from the address associated with your account.
Send the request by emailSecurity: Never send your password, personal photos, health data, or unsolicited attachments in this email.
Immediate alternative in the app
If you still have the app installed, you can complete the operation immediately without waiting for manual verification. Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm your choice. The app is not required to proceed with the email request described above.
What will be deleted
Deletion is complete and irreversible. We will remove:
- Profile information, including email, name, and avatar.
- Analysis history and saved photos.
- Generated or saved recipes.
- Food preferences and daily goals.
- Consumption records and shopping list.
- Initial journey and insights.
- Notifications, device tokens, and active sessions.
Timing and verification
To protect your security, we will verify that the request comes from the account holder. Once identity is confirmed, deletion will be completed within 30 days.
Limited retention
Some technical data may remain temporarily in our backups until their natural rotation. We retain only information required to comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
